2021 Update - Junior Online Classes on Zoom

We are currently offering Live Zoom Classes for Juniors every Thursday at 6PM.
This is a 1 hour class on which we cover:
General Mobility
Strength
Few Judo Movements
Games and Races
Stretching
All Zoom Classes are run by Matt
